Description

Naval Air Warfare Center -- Weapons Division (NAWCWD), Point Mugu, California, intends to issue a solicitation (RFQ) and award a contract on a sole source basis to Baysys Incorporated, of Anapolis, Maryland. The requirement includes: 1 each, Chelton Antennas Inc. Model 62510 1KW ALE HF Loop Antenna, 2.0 MHz to 22.0 MHz. These patented antennas are the highest performing HF antennas available (wide frequency range, short tune-time, ruggedness) including high performance versions with Automatic Link Establishment (ALE). This is not a request for bids. FOB Destination pricing is requested. Closing date of the Request for Quotation will be on or before 05/23/01. All responsible sources may submit a bid which if received in a timely manner will be considered by the agency. Requests for a copy of the RFQ must be made in writing.
