Description

The VA Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia, intends to negotiate a sole source consignment agreement contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, with Cordis-Johnson & Johnson, for BX Velocity Rx Stents for Cardiac Cath Lab, in a variety of models and sizes. The period of agreement will be June 1, 2001 through May 31, 2002. This notice is not a request for proposals. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received not later than 4:30PM, May 21, 2001.
