- 17. Description (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Request For Quotation, #F32604-01-T0167. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22. (iv) Notice: This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification is 451110_ Pool tables, Centurion, Brunswick or equal. The size standard is $5 mil. (v) Items to be Procured: Pool tables, Centurion, Brunswick or equal conforming to the following specifications: Color: Black. Regulation Size: 9 feet X 4 feet with a playing area of 50 inches X 100 inches. Pool tables must have pocket return system rather than the gulley system. Pool tables must have _boat_ or _bell_ style feet as seen on the Brunswick Centurion for leveling. Pool tables must have 1-inch slate. All information for the subject solicitation is available at www.eps.gov; no paper solicitations or specifications will be made available. L/I 01: (14) Pool tables, Centurion, Brunswick or equal. L/I 02: (14) Trade in of existing tables (vi) Special Security Issues: There is no additional description for the preceding line item. (vii) Required delivery shall be on or before 30 days after contract award date. Delivery is to 14 different locations (missile sites Alpha thru Oscar except for Golf) within a 400-mile radius of Minot AFB. (See Map) Delivery will include, setup of new tables, tear down and removal of the old tables and any packing material. If trade in price not acceptable, return of the old tables to Minot AFB, DRMO (Defense Re-utilization & Marketing Office). Delivering tables to DRMO requires separate co-ordination with that office for hours of operation/completion of turn-in paperwork. POC for DRMO and all deliveries to missile sites is TSgt Aller (701) 723-3538. FOB Destination. (viii) Solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors_Commercial Items (OCT 2000) is hereby incorporated by reference with no addenda to the provision. (ix) Evaluation will be based on price and price related factors. (x) Include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications_Commercial Items (FEB 2001), with quote. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions_Commercial Items (May 1999), applies to this acquisition with no addenda to this clause.
