Amendment No. 2. The purpose of this amendment is to schedule a second site visit for the survey of the One White Flint North Exterior Marble. The site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, May 8, 2001, at 1:30 p.m. Participants shall meet in the OWFN Lobby at 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland.
