Description

17. The Department of State (DTS-PO), Fairfax, Va, intends to procure through competitive bids, a full duplex, digital circuit capable of supporting (T-1), 1544 kbps between the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) American Embassy Guatemala City, Guatemala and the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) Beltsville Information Management Center, (BIMC) Beltsville, Maryland in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The services shall include a base quantity of one year with four one year options. Requests for solicitations need only be made if a potential contractor has no access to the InterNet.
