Description

The U.S. Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWARSYSCOM) Information Technology Center (ITC) intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP), in accordance with FAR Part 12 -- Acquisition of Commercial Items, to interested parties to procure floating seat licenses, training and maintenance of a fully integrated Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) Tool Suite to replace and/or augment existing applications that support the Defense Integrated Military Human Resource System (DIMHRS) Joint Program and other PEO-IT/SPAWAR ITC Programs/efforts. Utilization of this Tool Suite includes but is not limited to the DIMHRS JPMO, PEO-IT, SPAWAR ITC, DFAS, JR&IO and other activities within the Department of Defense. SPAWAR intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract, with a base and 6 option years, based on full and open competition. The contract will enable the Government to acquire up to 200 floating seat licenses and includes the option to pursue an enterprise license.
