Description

Inspect, repair and overhaul the rotor-head assembly, Sikorsky p/n TGN15-01096-041, s/n 001 from Blade Balance Test Stand #2 (BBS#2), Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD). The contractor shall provide all material, components, labor and technical expertise to inspect, repair and overhaul the rotor-head assembly per the manufacturer's specifications. FOB Destination Corpus Christi Army Depot. This will be a noncommercial item award. The contractor must be a current licensed, certified Repair Station sanctioned by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA). The contractor must have prior experience certification and a minimum of 10 years work history in the repair and overhaul of Sikorsky CH-53/54B and S64 rotor-heads and spindle assemblies. Written solicitation to be issued on or about 16 May 2001; to be awarded on or about 1 July 2001. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
