Description

Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to fabricate and repair full and partial dentures for the VA Connecticut Healthcare System West Haven Campus and the Department of Veterans Affairs, Rocky Hill, CT in accordance with specifications for the period July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002 with four (1) year options to renew. Contractor will be required to make daily pickups and deliveries to one or both facilities. Specifications packages will be available on or about May 11, 2001. All requests fpr solicitation packages shall be made in writing. Request for proposals due on or about June 15, 2001. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds.
