Description
Contractor shall provide MRI Services for the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, MI 48602. Contractor is responsible for personnel, supervision, management, equipment, facilities, supplies, etc that are required to provide full range of MRI services in accordance with the contract. Contractor facility must be within a 30 mile radius of the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center. The VA Medical Center will be responsible for transporting patients to and from contractor facility. The base period of the contract is July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002 with two one-year renewal options available to the Government.
