Description

17. Resurface/Paint Three (3) Tennis Courts and Install Three (3) Backboards. The existing surfaced area shall be scraped and sweep clean of all loose coating, pavement and debris, using a power sweeper or similar equipment. All cracks shall be thoroughly cleaned of all vegetation, sand & debris using had tools and compressed air. After cleaning all cracks 1/8" to 1/4" wide shall be filled with Plexipave crack filler or approved equal. Cracks larger than 1/4" wide shall be filled with slurry, cold or hot mix to within 1/2" of surface. Then filled to surface level with approved crack filler. All three (3) court locations shall receive an asphaltic concrete overlay. The overlay shall be applied as specified for tennis court use. Plexipave color system surfacing or equal shall be applied to all courts. Consisting of Plexipave Acrylic Filler coat (2 coat min). Plexipave finish coat and Plexipave line paint. Repaint to existing configuration. All court line work shall be 2" wide white striping. Demo the wood frame work and plywood face of each of the three 93) backboards. Leave the metal post in place. Bolt new 2" pressure treated timbers to the existing post with galv. Bolts. Resurface and paint exposed surfaces green. The period of performance is 30 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 235210, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $11.5 million.
