Description

Mechanical Operations and Maintenance Service at the Emmett J. Bean Federal Center, 8899 E. 56th St., the Guard Shack, 8898 E. 56th St., and the Daycare Center, E. 56th St. & Herbert Lord Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and supervision to perform Operations and Maintenance service at these locations as specified in the solicitation. The estimated start date is October 1, 2001 and the performance period is for a three (3) year base with two (2), one (1) year options. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7349. The Specifications will be available through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) on or about May 17, 2001.
