Description

Pine Bluff Arsenal(PBA), Pine Bluff Arkansas has a requirement for the design, fabrication, installation, and test of a replacement inert gas generator in building 34-119 in accordance with the technical specification numbers: MIL-STD-101, DI-M-5104, DI-E-5325, MIL-STD-882); and standards (Federal Standard TT-P-86,TT-P-102,and Federal Standard 595). And in accordance with drawings: 34-110-AR-106, 34-110-AR-107, 34-110-EL-102, 34-100-EL-101, 34-100-EL-100 and 34-110-EL-103. This system is required to support production of White Phosphorus (WP) Mortar Programs. This system provides inert supply air to the WP production facility. The existing system uses the combustion of natural gas in atmospheric oxygen to produce inert supply air, but the replacement system shall not be of the combustion type. Membrane or other separation technology shall be used. A pre-proposal conference may be requested to tour the existing operation. This acquisition will be 100% Set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333999 with a size standard of 500 employees, and the FSC Code is 3655.
