- The Bureau of Indian Affairs proposes to purchase a single cell box culvert with 6' rise x 12' span x 78' (13 -- 6' sections), with four sloped end sections. Delivered to job site located 25 miles south of Billings, Montana. Requests for solicitation packages must be made in writing. Faxed requests will be honored and can be faxed to 406-247-7908.
