Description

The Minerals Management Service intends to award a Purchase Order to Micropaleo Consultants, Inc., 329 Chapalita Drive, Encinitas, CA 92024-4810, utilizing other than full and open competition for three (3) interpretative studies titled: (1) Phase II North Slope Biostratigraphic Subdivision of the Jurassic-Early Cretaceous (Valanginian) Stages Based on Siberian Benthic Foraminiferal, Ostracod and Bivalve Zonations, (2) Phase III North Slope Biostratigraphic Subdivision of the Late Trassic Stages Based on Siberian Benthic Foramiferal, Ostracod and Bivalve Zonations, and (3) Biostratigraphy Report Arco Warthog No. 1. No solicitation is available for this sole source acquisition. Authority for this non-competitive acquisition is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). See numbered Note 22.
