- Purpose of this project is to proved herbicide spraying of noxious weeds in the Japser fire area, Hell Canyon and Mystic Ranger Districts, Custer and Pennington Counties, SD, Black Hills National Forest. Solicitation consists of a base bid with three option year bids. Contract time to begin approximately June 15, 2001. See Numbered Note No. 1.
