Description

We are soliciting for in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base's Base Championship to be conducted at the Eagleglen Golf Course August 3,4 & 5 2001. We are seeking air line tickets, trips, outings, fishing excursions, gift certificates ranging from $5.00 to $500.00, golf bags and equipment etc. We are also seeking refreshments for this event. Estimation for all prizes is $1200.00. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Representation from the sponsors would be accepted and encouraged. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for the event. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives would be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be received no later than 17 July 2001. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the Government.*****
