Description

We are soliciting for in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base's 3 Man Basketball Shoot out to be conducted at the Fitness Center on 11 August 2001. We are seeking basketballs, NBA Jerseys, shoes, water bottles, t-shirts, gift certificates for sports merchandise, monetary donations etc. Estimation for all prizes is $1000.00. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Representation from the sponsors would be acceted and encouraged. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for the event. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and addititives would be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be received no later than 25 July 2001. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the Government. *****
