Item 0001: The contracting Command, Fort Hood, Texas, intends to issue a sole source contract to Bell County Communications, Belton, Texas, to provide 911 emergency answering service for calls placed from unofficial telephones on Fort Hood, Texas. This is a firm fixed price contract to be issued under simplified acquisition procedures. This is sole source procurement under the authority of 6.302-1.
