Description

It is the intent of the U. S. Customs Service to secure a qualified licensed vendor to provide maintenance support for the Meridian 1 Telephone Switch and peripheral switch equipment. This support shall provide diagnostic, repair, and replacement to maintain the Meridian 1 Switch and peripheral switch equipment for full functionality 24 hrs. per day/7 days a week for the period of one base year with two option years. The work shall consist of providing maintenance support for the Surveillance Support Branch West in Corpus Christi, Texas. The Branch currently has a Northern Telecom Meridian 1 Switch.
