Description

The U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) is seeking sources who can manage conference and video teleconferencing (VTC) hardware and software at 45 sites ARL wide. ARL has major facilities in Adelphi, MD; Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD; and White Sands, NM; and smaller facilities in a half dozen locations across the continental USA. The conference and VTC facilities range in size from a 300 person capacity auditorium to VTC units in office spaces. ARL performs VTCs of varying complexities that range from two individuals to all facilities. The contractor will be responsible for the scheduling of all multi-point VTCs ARL wide. The contractor will operate and manage the ARL Accord VTC bridge and supplement the GFE capability as needed. The contractor will plan for the upgrade and manage the life cycle maintenance of all ARL conference facilities. The contractor will facilitate the large ARL conference facilities as required. The contractor will maintain and update the standard operating procedures for the VTC and conference facility use. Interested sources need to identify like projects they have successfully managed to include upgrade of equipment, facilities, and software. Numbered Note 25 applies to this announcement.!!
