Description

Provide all necessary labor, materials, & supervision to renovate the First Floor, North Wing of the Beaufort Naval Hospital, Beaufort, SC. The renovation area is approximately 2,800 sq.ft. Work includes limited wall, door & frame, ceiling accessories, finish, plumbing, HVAC & electric demolition. Limited new wall construction, new ceiling tile, new plumbing fixtures, new toilet & bath accessories, limited HVAC & electrical modifications, extensive wall patching and new finishes. Estimated construction duration is 60 days. All work must be complete by September 1, 2001. The intent of this project is to create a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) at the Beaufort Naval Hospital for the Dept of Veterans Affairs. NAICS: 233320. Cost range: $25,000 -- $100,000.
