See numbered notes: 23&26. COQC required. Critical item. Unrestricted. ABVM applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and acceptance at origin. Acquisition of this part is restricted to sources specified on the source control drawing. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 1350. 750 to be delivered to Tracy, CA and 600 to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA within 120 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP.
