THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR 1-168-RFI.1078 Piezo-Electric Etalon. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to 1) The deletion of the requirement for a 1064 nm Piezo-Electric Tuned (PZT) etalon as a deliverable, i.e., only a 532 nm PZT is to be a deliverable. As a result of these changes, all references to more than one unit, i.e., "etalons", "their", "assemblies", "ovens", and "units" are to be replaced by their singular counterparts. In some cases, the word "each" has been replaced by "the", or has been deleted completely. 2) The requirement that a PC-104 electronic controller interface be used has been deleted. In its place is a statement allowing the manufacturer to use a standard interface of his own choosing. See attached updated statement of work. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to May 10, 2001. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on May 10, 2001. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and reside on the World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
