Description

This is a combined synposis/solicitation for commerical items or services prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued for Request for Quotation (RFQ No. NIA-01-AW004BPMS). The solicitatioon clause and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-6. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this acquisition is 3826. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516. NIH, National Institute on Aging, Gerontology Research Center intends to purchase one (QTY-1 unit) HPLC System; one (QTY-1) Injector; one (QTY-1) UV/VIS Detector (ZY87 UV/VIS). These equipment is needed to upgrade of a Waters HPLC Analytical System for Acyl-Coa Pool Anaysis at the NIH, NIA, BPMS, Building 10, 9000 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, MD.
