Description

The U.S. Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command intends to conduct negotiations with and award a contract to Cosmed SRL, Via Piani Di Monte Savello, 37, PO Box, Pavona Di Albano, Albano Laziale, 00040, Italy on a basis of other than full and open competition, reference FAR 6.302-1(a) for 2 K4b2 En Telemetry, 1 Field gas calibration kit (US), 1 QD field gas spares (US) 4 pcs, 4 Spare Permapure sample lines (4), 1 Turbine K4 and Quark New (spare), 1 3 Liter Calibration Syringe, 1 two year service agreement and two year extended warranty. Cosmed SRL has proprietary methods for sampling and calibration not found in other units explored. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22.
