Description

We are soliciting for in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Air Forces Base's Great Duck Race to be conducted at the Youth Center on 25 August 2001. We are seeking round trip tickets for 4 to Disneyland including hotel and car rental, round trip tickets to Las Vegas for 2 including hotel and car rental, a girls and boys bike, cd player, golf putter, set of golf clubs, small TV, round trip railroad tickets for two to Denali National Park Alaska, movie passes, gift certificates etc. Estimation for all prizes is $5000.00. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Representation from the sponsors would be accepted and encouraged. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for the event. More than one sponsorship/donation may accepted and additives would be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be received no later than 8 August 2001. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the Government.*****
