Description

The United States Army Contracting Command Korea (USACCK)intends to competitively procure services to perform the Operation and Maintenance of 121 General Hospital and all outlying clinics in the Republic of Korea. The contractor will perform all aspects of operation and maintenance. The contractor will provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, and other resources necessary to perform these functions, except that which is specified as Government provided. A firm fixed price with time & materials type contract for one twelve-month base period and four one-year option periods is anticipated. Technical, past performance and price proposals will be required. Award will be based on "Best Value". All responsible sources may request a solicitation and submit a proposal which will be considered by the Government. The solicitation will be made available electronically upon its release at http://cckbid.com. USACCK does not maintain a separate Bidders Mailing List. USACCK implemented Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for purchases from US vendors in April 1996. The connection to the FACNET is through the Korea Wide Area Network (KWAN) and the gateway located at Columbus, OH. USACCK transmits all Requests for Quotes (RFQ) via EDI through FACNET and synopsizes Requests for Proposal (RFP) information on Commerce Business Daily (CBD). US vendors are requested to check CBD for our announcements and register with local EDI service provider to receive RFQs.
