Description

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Prevention , Pesticides, and Toxic Substances (OPPTS), Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT), has a requirement for a Progress Report of EPA's Partnership Programs. This report will be the first publication to consolidate key information about the progress of partnership programs across the Agency. The purpose of the Progress Report is to promote the role of EPA's voluntary programs and public/private partnerships in improving environmental and public health. The contractor shall: Prepare a work plan; review previously published annual reports; draft and finalize content of report; present design options; and the final product shall be prepared for printing according to GPO and EPA specifications and in an pdf format that is web ready. This procurement is a simplified acquisition and is set-aside for Small Business Concerns with an estimated value of less than $100,000. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541611. The purpose of this CBD announcement is to notify potential offeror's of EPA's "Doing Business with the EPA" Internet World Wide Web site, for further information on this procurement as it becomes available. The solicitation, amendments, and other related copies will be posted on the site and can be downloaded. Hard copies will not be mailed out without written certification that Internet capability is unavailable. The solicitation will be available on or about May 8, 2001.
