Description

Special Notice. On completion of this notice, the Federal Technology Services, Center for Information Security Services (TFI) intends to negotiate directly with Leatherwood Electronics of Charleston, South Carolina, as the only responsible source as no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements for security type duct work and related items of a specific design and configuration manufactured by Leatherwood. These items are commercial, non-developmental in nature and for use in repair, movement, and augmentation at pre-existing site locations worldwide, where these same materials types and configurations are presently installed. The installation and rework methods and tools to make installations and those procedures for efficient and uniform work are already in place. If any firm believes they can provide for the requirement to meet the customer_s expectation and items specifications (as those that are listed here) they should contact Jon Faye at 202-708-6099. They will be required to provide the competing products specifications and drawings and the Leatherwood item drawings and specifications for comparison. GSA does not have any specifications on hand with which to make comparisons. There are 12 line items of materials required. On purchase order is anticipated for the items delivered on an FOB Origin, Freight Pre-paid and added to the invoice basis for the following. Item 1 is for 100 each SD-5-22, Duct, Straight. Item 2 is for 100 each E45-22 Duct, Elbow. Item 3 is for 25 each E90-22 Duct, Elbow. Item 4 is for 452 SD-5-44, Duct Straight. Item 5 is for 100 each ECP-44 Duct End Cap. Item 6 is for 100 each E45-44, Duct, Elbow. Item 7 is for 152 each, E90-44, Duct, Elbow. Item 8 is for 50 each, CPB-44 Duct, Cross and Pull. Item 9 is for 50 each, TFB-44, Duct, T fitting. Item 10 is for 120 each, POA-44 Duct, Panel Adapter. Item 11 is for 200 each SD-5-66 Duct, Straight. Item 12 is for 25 each, E45-66, Duct, Elbow. Numbered Note 1, small business set aside, applies. End.
