Required delivery when First Article is applicable is 37 each 420 Days After Contract Award. First Article Test Report due 268 Days After Contract Award. Required delivery when First Article is not required is 37 each 280 Days After Contract award. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source(s). The approved sources are McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (8V613) and Parker-Hannifin Corp. (82106). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above.
