THIS ASSEMBLY LOCATES AND SUPPORTS THE OUTER TIP OF THE 5TH STAGE COMPRESSOR VARIABLE VANES. IT PREVENTS AIR LEAKAGE BETWEEN THE FIFTH AND SIXTH COMPRESSOR STAGES TO MAXIMIZE EFFICIENCY. Delivery: 31 Dec 2001 50 ea, 30 Aug 2002 159 ea Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The requirements of FAR 9.202(A) have been completed and copies of the qualification requirements and standards may be obtained as described in the solicitation.
