- Description
- Modify the previously submitted project posted on April 16, 2001 as follows: Replace the subject line with the following: Load, Haul and Windrow Aggregate. Change the Response Date from: 050701 to: 051401. Delete the following sentences: 1) The government will include and evaluate option pricing as part of the total price. Evaluation of the option with not obligate the government to exercise the option. 2) When work is completed, the pit shall be rehabilitated so that all edges are sloped to a minimum 3:1 slope and all holes are filled in to provide as smooth a surface as possible. Add the following clause: Option for Increased Quantity -- The contract allows for increased quantities not to exceed thirty percent (30%) of the total contract price. The additional quantities shall be like in all characteristics to those set forth in the contract. The location will be in close proximity to original contract locations. The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor within the performance period specified in the Schedule of Items. Performance of the added item(s) shall continue at the same performance rate as the like item(s) called for under the contract and the contract performance period will be extended accordingly.
