71 -- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request For Quote(RFQ)on the following items: Quantity of 50 Adjustable Top Light Tables, Glass size 30" x 40", Model No. 30220, Color -- Black, Overall size 42 1/2" x 32 1/2" D x 96" W, leg levelers, Sturdy 1 1/4" aluminum glass ralls, maintains accuracy to +/-.03", can turn table into a line-up table with optional add-on Line-Up Register Top, fluorescent lighting, include operators manual -- showing replacement parts and numbers and top with 1/2" clear float glass with 1/8" frosted acrylic diffuser panel. Contractor must quote on all items. FOB: Destination for delivery is National Imagery & Mapping Agency College, 5855 21st Street, Suite 101, Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060. This solicitation document incorporates Provisions and Clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. NAICS Code is 337127. Note that 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial items applies to this acquisition. In addition, the clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required Implementing Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, 252.212-5 Applicability of Certain Laws to the Acquisition of Commercial Items applies to this solicitation.
