Description

The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) is seeking qualified firm(s)/individual(s) to provide Developer Services for Phase IV of the Near Southside Redevelopment. The SLHA solicits a Developer Partner (DP) that will propose a creative master plan and complete the final phase of the Near Southside HOPE VI development effort. The goal of the HOPE VI Program is to develop various types of housing for an economically diverse population that is consistent with the surrounding neighborhoods. The Phase IV development will consist of the following projects: Rental Units (a minimum of 148 mixed income, family rental units, including 44 public housing units); Homeownership Units; and the reconfiguration and upgrade of the Clinton Peabody public housing development. Solicitation documents will be available for pick up in the SLHA's Procurement Section, 4100 Lindell Boulevard, St. Louis MO 63108 starting at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 8, 2001. A Pre-Proposal conference and site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2001 and again on June 5, 2001. The SLHA will receive sealed proposals for this service until 3:00 p.m. (local time), Tuesday, July 24, 2001. All offerors must comply with MBE/WBE and Section 3 requirements.
