- Vendors interested in competing for contract to provide electronic four- channel audio recording/reporting/transcription in the following states: MI, OH, KY, and IN should submit request for solicitation in writing ONLY. Telephone and fax requests will not be honored. Performance bond required from successfull offeror. Solicitation will be available 05/11/01. Questions are due no later than 06/15/01. See FAR Part 15. Contract will include four options. Award to be made without discussions.
