Description

The National Guard Bureau intends to issue a sole source firm fixed-priced contract to OC, Incorporated, 4501 Ford Avenue, Suite 240, Alexandria, VA 22302-1435. The intent of this acquisition is to update/modify the currently existing Joint Force Employment Interactive CD-ROM, developed for the Department of Defense, Joint Chiefs of Staff. This modified interactive CD-ROM will be used for National Guard recruiting and retention purposes. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations (RFQ) for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
