NAICS Code 561720: Provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment and supplies, necessary to provide full maintenance performance based services at buildings in McAllen, Hidalgo, Roma, and Pharr, TX. Contract period is September 1, 2001 through August 31, 2004 with no options. This contract will be acquired utilizing SOURCE SELECTION procedures with award based on "BEST VALUE" concept. Anticipated release date of the request for proposal is on or about May 18, 2001, with an anticipated receipt of proposals due June 15, 2001. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will be in PDF format and will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WW browser application. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically.
