Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis from Kaman Aerospace Corp/Raymond Eng. Operations, 217 Smith St., Middletown, CT 06457, 2 each -- Inert FMU-148a/b fuzes and 2 each -- Live FMU-148a/b fuzes. The sole source is based on Kaman being the only qualified source to produce these products. Responsible firm's believing they can provide the above service, should submit a written response to the Contracting Officer on or before 15 May 01, clearly showing their ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
