Description

DESC: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, has a competitive requirement for all labor, material, equipment and plant to replace existing boat docks on Ice Harbor and Lower Monumental dam reservoirs. The requirement is for thirty-one (31) 20 foot long sections at Fishhook Park, Ice Harbor dam reservoir, two (2) 20 foot long sections at Skookum Habitat Management Unit, Lower Monumental dam reservoir, and two (2) 20 foot long sections at 55 Mile Habitat Management Unit, Lower Monumental dam reservoir, Snake River, Washington. Work will include removal and disposal of existing boat docks. PROCUREMENT: 100% set aside for small business. Size standard for identification of small business concerns under NAICS code 488390 is $5.0 million. The small business size standard is average annual receipts for the previous three fiscal years must not exceed $5.0 million. This is not a request for bids, but notice that our intention is to issue a solicitation for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this agency.
