Supply and install replacement spindle drive and motor package for the Giddings & Lewis CNC vertical machining center, model #25vs, S/N 924-23-87. It is the government's intention to sole-source the award to Giddings & Lewis, the original equipment manufacturer. All requests must be in writing and must cite the RFQ number. Requests via facsimile or email are encouraged.
