Fresh Beef Products for resale in 47 Defense Commissary Agency DeCA) commissasries in the DeCA Eastern Region, Southern Area (North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennissee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana) and 34 commissaries in the DeCA Midwest Regon (North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. Requirements for the above areas will be seperated into 10 geographical groups. Estimated Total Yearly Quantity: 57,5000,000 pounds. Contract Type: Possible Multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type and one Requirements type contract (Puerto Rico and Cuba) Peformance Period: Base Year of 01 Sep 01 -- 31 Aug 02 for Eastern Region, Southern Area and 16 Aug 01 -- 15 Aug 02 for Midwest Region. There will be 2 one year option periods. EDI Trading Partner Agreement is required if offering for Puerto Rico and Cuba. The RFP will be issued on an unrestricted basis.
