Description

The U.S. Department of Energy intends to award a sole source contact with Congressional Quarterly for renewal of the following services: CQ Weekly, CQ Monitor, CQ Billtrack, CQ Billwatch, CQ Floor Votes & Custom Vote Analysis, CQ Committee Markup Coverage, Congressional Transcripts, CQ's House Action Reports, CQ's Senate Watch, CQ Schedules, Members, Key Federal Documents & Alerts, CQ Archives, Basic and Advanced Search Options, Custom Lists, Telephone Support, Training, Usage Tracking. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. This proposed contract is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties that feel they can provide these services may respond by submitting their capability statement to the address in this notice, including prices. All submissions must be received within forty-five days of the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note(s) 22 *****
