Description
The Bureau of Reclamation anticipates awarding an interagency agreement, contract, or a cooperative agreement. The purpose of this presolicitation notice is to identify well qualified sources. Offers should submit proof of their qualifications no later than June 15, 2001. The basis for proposal evaluation criteria will be as follows: a. The recipient must have a record of sustained research in the development and implementation of integrated fish management practices. b. Expertise in the development of chemicals for general and selective control of invasive fish species, repellants, attractants, and general fish sterilants or reproductive control agents. c. Demonstrated evidence of successful research, development, and registration of fishery management/control chemicals with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. d. Demonstrated and sustained experience in the development and implementation of integrated fish management programs that include chemical, biological and mechanical means of limiting and/or reducing populations of undesirable fish species in impounded and free-flowing bodies of water. e.
