Description

We are solicting for in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base's Youth Program to be conducted at the Youth Center from August thru September 2001. We are seeking sponsorship/advertising in the form of $300.00 for 6 foot banners for advertising the company/sponsor for 1 year to be displayed at the sports fields during the spring and summer months and in the gym during the rest of the year. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Representation from the sponsors would be accepted and encouraged. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for the event. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives would be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be received no later than 13 July 2001. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the Government.*****
