Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for FY00, FY01 and FY02 (option) Fiber Optic Data Multiplex (FODMS) Design Agent and Technical Engineering Services in support of the AN/USQ-82(V) Program. Solicitation N00024-01-R-4094 will be issued to The Boeing Company, Inc. (TBC), Government Information & Communications Systems, 3370 Miraloma Avenue, P.O. Box 3105, Anaheim, CA 92803-3105. TBC is the original system designer and developer of the AN/USQ-82(V) FODMS. TBC is the only company that possesses the requisite knowledge and experience to perform the required FY00, FY01 and FY02 (option) FODMS Design Agent and Technical Engineering Services in the Navy's required time frame. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
