Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment to renovate dietetic areas to include new cart wash area and installation of new Walk-in Cooler, two (2) Combi-Steamers, two (2) Rethermalizing Convection Units, and Blast Chiller with Condensing unit. The project will consist of demolition, mechanical, plumbing electrical, cooler assembly, compressor installations, refrigerant piping, insulation, controls, ceramic tile installation, plaster repair, painting, existing equipment relocation and reinstallation, new equipment installation and equipment testing. All work is to be done in strict accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. Solicitation packages will be issued on May 21, 2001. A Pre-bid Meeting/walkthrough will be held on May 31, 2001 at 2:00PM (local time), attendance is not mandatory, but is strongly encouraged. There is no bid deposit. Bids will be opened on June 21, 2001 at 2:00PM (local time). The cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. All requests for this solicitation MUST be in writing, and must be on company letterhead, and can be faxed to the attention of Melanie Stockman at fax number (320) 255-6341.
