Description

The following are questions and answers for Request for Quotation (RFQ) NMA100-01-Q-0021: Question: Could you please clarify items 13 and 14? Answer: Item 13 is the wireless mute controllers' Infrared Receiver (Model AXR-IRSM+). Item 14 is the wireless mute controllers' Infrared Hand-held Remote/Transmitter (Model TXC-4+). Question: In solicitation NMA100-01-Q-0021 (0001), a list of existing equipment was provided. Would we be relocating these devices? Answer: The currently existing peripheral equipment (i.e. document camera, VCR, computer interface, monitors, etc.) would remain in its current location. Since we are installing a new in room projection system, the codecs and VTC camera would have to migrate into the new Draper Cabinet System.
