SPAWAR Information Technology Center (SITC) is providing answers to questions submitted by prospective quoters. This solicitation had been extended to May 17, 2001 for this reason. The questions and answers are as follows: 1. What is the server platform? Windows NT 2. Number of servers on which software will be located? (1) 3. Number of CPU's? (1) 4. Operating system? NT 5. Speed of processors? 450Mhz 6. Is quote for Enterprise Edition or Standard Edition? Standard Edition 7. Line #1 and #2, is it correct that you want 81 Universal Power Units? Yes 8. Line #5, 1-year updates on existing license -- when was the purchase made? Was Oracle support purchased at the time of the purchase of the license? I do not know when it was purchased and I believe support was purchased at that time. 9. What is the equipment manufacturer? Compaq Proliant 7000 10. Power of the Universal Power Unit? 720W 11. Is CPU Intel or Risc based? Intel 12. Is software support needed? No 13. Are the 450 additional UPU licenses for the database only? Yes 14.
