Solicitation N62477-01-D-3017 is modified to reflect the following: Selection Criteria #1B) is hereby changed from: Qualifications to meet the requirements of the Plan Review Division, Water Management Administration of the Maryland Department of Environment in order to be able to perform expedited Erosion & Sediment controls and Stormwater Management reviews as described herein; To: 1B) Qualifications and experience in designing, permitting and obtaining Erosion and Sediment Control and Stormwater Management permits from the Maryland Department of the Environment, Water Management Administration. 254/255 submissions are due on 4 June 2001.
