- SMALL BUSINESS SOURCES SOUGHT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. This announcement is issued for the purpose of identifying potential small business sources capable of providing inspections, maintenance/repair, testing, and emergency repairs involving high voltage on the exterior electric distribution system at the 440th Airlift Wing, Milwaukee, WI 53207. Contractor shall furnish labor, material, tools, equipment, supervision and transportation to provide the services. The system consists of approximately 29,200 linear conductor feet of primary overhead (4800/8320), 11,920 linear conductor feet of secondary overhead, 6,870 linear conductor feet of primary underground, and 6,998 linear conductor feet of secondary underground. Projected maintenance/emergency repairs on, to include, street lighting, parking lots and all of its components, including 65 light fixtures, arrestors, photocells, ballasts capacitors, film cutouts, protective relays, grounds, and light bulbs; apron flood lighting system and circuits which consist of 8 fixtures mounted 40 feet above ground level; area flood and security lighting circuits including switches, time clocks, controls, photocells, and fixtures; 97 poles including braces, and supporting structures for overhead electrical distribution system, street lighting and target lighting, and pole-top isolation switches. Testing may include infra-red survey, insulator/cable resistance test, and transformer load test. Anticipated period of performance is for base period of one year with four possible one-year option periods. The applicable NAICS code is 235310 with a size standard of $11.5M.
